I am frank here: the department I work for
should best be closed down. Rubbish employer
who cares little and pays even less.
The worst is: they think they are the dog's
bollox! Low staff morale - so there!

British employers have got a lot to learn from the more
social mainland european employers: It's NOT about"getting
the few people at the top rich quick". Learn to care and we
will care! Care not and the worker will not give a hoop!
