i am flabberghasted by this fantastic 11th hour budget!
see the irony here. picture shows an excstatic
hornybloke after this great (yawn) budget of the
iron chancellor.
** read small print - anyone on low incomes or small companies fighting for survival
need not apply - this - as all previous budgets - are for the rich only. Need to get
them richer asap - all others will be taken away from
